In Memory |
As a lot of you will be aware, Frankley, over the
last two years have lost some great characters with the demise of our
beloved founder Malcolm Archer, the vivacious John Ashmore and the great
David Cope, Whilst there are us who feel life will
never be the same again it is "Business as usual". |

Our Anniversary |
Frankley Bowmen are celebrating their 25th
Anniversary year in 2009. This is to be marked with a gathering of past
and
present members. Philip Johnson is the point of contact for these
festivities and all details are on the NFAS and Frankley
web sites (see messages). Those not having this facility please call
07812245159 and Richard will pass on your details to
Philip, to register your interest. A date and venue is yet to be
mutually agreed. |

The Club |
We would also ask that you be mindful of the
following pointers - "All of which are to the continued greater running
of The
Club." |
|
|
No one person should shoot The Dingle - This is for
safety reasons.
Any persons under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult.
when shooting in the Dingle you should call or text 07812 245159 on
arrival and when leaving the grounds to register you are there. Again
this is purely for Safety reasons.
At least one mobile telephone should be carried by each party whilst
shooting the grounds.
Frankley need your financial support during Club Nights at the Redhill
School, Stourbridge. This allows us to continue to have these wonderful
grounds to shoot! - (The rent needs to be paid at both venues).
Club nights - Equipment needs to be erected and taken down each evening
so your assistance is gratefully appreciated. |

The Goals Football Park |
|
There is a 'Shooting Range' now at "The Goals
Football Park" in Rowley Regis this has been added to Frankley's
shooting ground portfolio. All members shooting should show their
membership cards on arrival at their reception desk. There is no charge
for this facility and the bar can be frequented once you have shot (not
before please) and again not to be used on a official club night. |
