| IMPORTANT |
|
| Can we be serious for a
moment, Frankley Bowmen the Club wish to make it perfectly clear that
all persons under the age of 16 should be accompanied when attending the
club or the woods by an parent or guardian. We can not take
responsibility for junior archers as this is against child protection
policy which is being finalised before being re-published. It also
breaks the conditions of our insurance policy. This means UN-ACCOMPANIED
CHILDREN WILL NOT BE COVERED BY OUR INSURANCE. |

| November Shoot -
The First at Bell End |
|
|
WELL EVERYONE, WE DID IT! The
first shoot at "ARCHIE'S RETREAT" (Bell End Farm). |
 |
|
What a day!
"FANTASTIC" is an understatement. Every one loved it and most of all it
was like the good old days of a few years ago. No its never going to be
the same with the loss of Malcolm and John but, you know what, they were
there 100% in spirit! - the dingle's atmosphere was surreal - everyone
laughing and joking. The banter; What Malcolm and John loved most of
all. |
|
Phil will be doing the
shoot write up and Ian will be doing his bit and reproducing it on the
the Web site. A big thank you to all you men (and Roz) who have done a
great job to get the spinney back in working order. All the shooters
appreciated the work which was great to hear.
